Mate,i try it with beast and other two 19xx players,was kinda boring game,anyway i dont care spots,but why you dont just make rules like players used to play with,no need try new **** rules now
The rules are there to make it more interesting, the usual 2v2 RCB can be boring, but with switched positions it has more potential. If you are talking about the civilizations, it is a same civilization tournament (mirror/team random), but with me announcing the civilization beforehand and then everyone picking those civilizations ingame. Noo ne will go Random civilization.
I meant positions,If someone go archers ,he will not be able to fill his ally towers,also with vills no much place to build,or when team lose mid,will can't rush mid together or I can't help my ally when they send tamers to finish him also can't send vills to make some defends for him,etc,u just kill map fun, still dunno why u think it will be more interesting
i gotta agree with suchen, tower filling archer civs (i.e maya NOT mongols) fill both towers, it's a tactical thing between having pop and having all units in towers, also deciding between imp or castles...
but I guess since it's p1p3 any further skill or interest in the game will be gone lol
So you both are telling me that camping mid with tamerlanes is much more fun than having to fight on 2 different fronts at the same time? And it is supposed to be a challenge to get hold of middle, not easy fill all towers with archers and then just wait at the base of towers until all the enemy towers have been razed.
if your problem is camp in mid,this will not fix it,u just kill map tactics, fight in corners will be just feeding,anyway its tr, faster team get mid,otherwise if team camp in mid,other team can terb usefull with p1,2 vs p3,4,or nevisk,or get hero +vills and rush
yeah camping in middle with tamerlanes is boring but regardless of p1p3 vs p2p4 one side will win mid and that side will put tamerlanes on middle (either p1 or p4)...
all changing the pos does is stops archer civ tactics and 2v1ing at gates (tactics) for 2v2
don't get us wrong; we must look like whinners, we appreciate what you're trying to do, but the reality of it is if you want to stop tamerlanes, only way is to block or remove them
