I really miss Random CB, I read it was still around on the forum but it is not in the mod pack. Why?

Can it be added soon to try and combat the non stop CBA games?

The scenario should be rated indeed, not sure why it is not anymore. You can either send a private message to Marauder or wait for him to reply here. He is the one who can sort it out for you.
