E.g. no patrol, guard, formations or unit stance. Just pure micro.
How difficult would this be to make?

With modding you could turn the Military Unit interface into some other interface, resulting nothing to work correctly. Would require a patch to get rid of the Military Unit interface options safely.

Everything which has to do with patrols and formations is related to the game source code. So its hard to remove them.
