I also can't find dpwsockx.dll at windows\system32\

The suggested fix is Winthruster. When installed, Avira says it's a virus.
After some research, I risked and ran it. Then when I set to fix, the program says I have to buy it.

Any other ideas? :/

Then Extract it and copy it into the system 32 folder.
This site is called dll files fixer and its very safe. I always download missing dll files from there and it helped me a lot. I wish it helps.
