There is no way to detect, if someone should sell food in small proportions. For only big food selling a difference can be seen in scores and achievements. How do you plan to make that part fair?

Food price don't change if you don't sell it.

when food is sold its price will be lower so everyone can understand but food sell price will always be 70
so it can be noticed even if someone sells once
