From my understanding and abilities it appears that CoKa wasn't logged in during that time frame which seems to verify manuel_sarra's claim. CoKa hasn't posted here either so I'm going to go ahead and give manuel_sarra's an admin win. manuel_sarra advances to the final round.

From your Voobly profile it appeared (to me) that you had not logged in around 19:00 GMT Wednesday. If you were on at that time and he refused to play why didn't you post here earlier? Did you take a screen shot of him not being there?
I'd appreciate Canari or GoLLa weighing in, but I am perplexed why you didn't post here earlier. Seeing as there is a dispute on this now I need evidence from either side confirming their story.
It looks like I might have made a mistake. I showed CoKa last log out at 11:57AM on 2.25.15 which I thought was well before the scheduled time of 19:00 GMT. However I forgot Voobly is on Pacific time which means he logged out about 20:00 GMT. This means he could have been on at 19:00 GMT. If either of you have a screen shot showing the other not in the lobby at 19:30 GMT please post it. Otherwise I think the best choice will be to replay this match. Is this agreeable to both of you? My apologies for the mistake CoKa.
