The more times you offer the easier it is for your opponent to see if a time that works for you will work for him and cut down the time needed to confirm that each player can play at a certain time. Giving wide ranges of time possibilities, such as "I can play Wednesday 03:00-09:00, 16:00-22:00 or Thursday 01:00-14:00" is helpful because they can then see if a time within those ranges works or not.

To speed up playing negotiations we require that your initial post here give at least three different times with two being on different days.
