Challenge him again and show screenshot of him refusing to play. If it is found that he refuses again you will have his spot. Sometimes genuinely cant play so just challenge him when you see him. If it is found his account goes inactive for a length of time (our discretion) as we can tell its a account we will remove him from list. You CANNOT refuse a challenge

If I really wanted to - I could have continued the game and count it as a win - instead I resigned because I'm not obsessive like you. I did not explicitly agree to play a 4 v 5th match, I just agreed to play games. In any case you're welcome to challenge for 4th but I refuse to play you and would happily forfeit my position. There is no reason for me play against a lying, pathetic imbecile like you. I don't need a number next to my name to know I'm a better player than you. I have no interest in playing you, there is absolutely nothing you can do, or could do that could possibly make any games competitive.
A word of warning to anyone that plays this lying imbecile: he lags a lot - record your games with some sort of screen-capture device because he will inevitably drop and will try and blame you. Also wouldn't try and reason him/her - clearly mentally deficient.
Enjoy 4th - hope that makes you proud. It certainly isn't something I would boast about.
Also might like to add I'm not dodging these games because I'm afraid of losing - the fact I played Legio instead of taking the free card into the finals should be enough evidence of that.
