Yes the lists we are discussing are aoc based unless we have a tournament for certain maps in aok (we will then have 2 lists for a map). Until tournaments are played and people produce evidence of beating those on the list they will be the lists. We may though produce a fantasy list based on previous tournament results and peoples opinions until a tournament is held to try and get the ball rolling.

Of course the ab players now have excelled in aoc, theyve improved alot since i first brought the map here. The reason i guess we are discussing what we are is because rick produced an opinion on the 5 best ab players ever for a laugh, an opinion of course though i would find it hard to argue with any of them lol.

Anyway back to the list lol. Based on previous tournament results, people ive played, opinion of others roughly speaking:

Some people don't deserve to be here, from what I've played and seen, PrIMeZ/Damian/Fuja are better then most of these guys and also tbh even I'm not good in ab I can beat many of these guys. And who the hell is Twepy?

Your probably right its just an opinion. Though evidence speaks louder than words and opinions. Twepy is an old aoker who is very good at ab, he mostly plays aoc rm nowdays when hes on and would be quite rusty but im just giving an opinion. Then again he hasnt been on since august so will leave him out lol

I said my lists were a joke as they are aok, but my point is, it was played a lot longer in aok, by far more people, so to imply the skill level is higher nowdays is just silly IMO. People who were dominating AB on IGZ in aok were barely top 10 on zone..

Instead of just crying, produce your own list. The whole point is just to get an initial list up, which will ultimately be open to different opinions etc, if these are successful and people actually play for spots then people who don't deserve their spot will be knocked off anyway and the lists should sort themselves out.

Its not about just getting a list up of people who know the map its meant to be the top players, obviously everyone will have their own opinion on who those are. We really just want to get an initial list up roughly of the order they would be now until we see some evidence. For now we can only go on peoples opinions and previous tourneys until we get a tourney and see some evidence. Seems a number of people saying damian and fuja should be there as well and of course theyre probably right

You missed the point, an initial list is opinions and aoc math not necessarily merit, everybody won't be happy with an initial list so we try to do the best we can, and then if people actually start to play for spots and use lists properly it will sort itself out. If you have a criticism, fine, but why don't you actually put up your own list or say who you think belongs where instead of just saying the list sucks.

Because people had improved a lot between the time of Zone and IGZ, including myself... Those people you named were better than me in AB back in 2004 when all we did was patrol, but if I entered a time machine and went back and played them how I play today I would crush them without breaking a sweat.

this top is based of players who plays this map at leats and can do it good

any decent player who practices this map everyday for a while can be top here
all you have to do is patrol+runners and use brain a little
I play the maps I like more not what someone other likes.
