No, people were winning badges by default because they were the only legitimate good players.

If we figure out a solution to badge spam then maybe.

Though, masters of bloods and europe are two formats exempt from this policy due to the legitimacy they earned as tournaments.

Simply make the tourneys more spread in time. You guys do tourneys like every 2 weeks. Prizes much better.

Europe would be fun, but there's few of the good CS side of players that are active. RMers fair pretty well, and the ones with a Euro/WM background generally do better than the CS side with same background.
