Your problem is with your pregame movie starting scene Video Troubleshoot to load or to play.
1- Ensure that you have latest drivers updated versions for your Video Graphic card and DirectX.
2- Right Click on your game.exe shortcut > Select Properties > move to Shortcut Tab > on your Target location below in Target box there you can see your game directory destination path file details in that at end after quote " give two space gap and type in this code +noIntroCinematics +window +lowend then Apply and Ok it.
3. Try to change your resolution playback in a low screen because if some times your video card wont support High resolution as it can't capable so in this case try making your screen resolution with any other low screen use for your game:
