I've noticed some (about 4 or 5) teams have some players that went inactive. It would be unfair for the other 3 players on their team to be disqualified before the Tournament begins just because one person hasn't shown up.

For Round One ONLY - If you have not started your first Tournament match, you are allowed to find a replacement.

You may try to find another player to fill the last spot on your team. You may not do this again throughout the Tournament. The player you choose as your replacement, must play with you in Round 1 through to Finals. You may only replace a player this one time. No substitutions thereafter. Please make sure your replacement player will be available for Tournament Rounds and must be willing to participate. Check the Schedule for more information. Please make sure this player qualifies prior to them signing up. This will save a lot of time and will give you a confirmation sooner.

Your replacement player must be confirmed by a VCOM Host prior to playing.

Please post on your thread and let me know who he is replacing. Please also make sure he will be available for the next games, if you guys make it to Round 2 and so on. Replacements are only accepted before Round One match has been played, not after.
