So,there have been lot of chaos made regarding scheduling tournaments in CS. Just made this thread to gather your opinions over this topic. One thing I want to make clear that the quality of CS-Tournament can never be improved by doing just 1 day events. Like RM , CS should also have their scheduling events to get more attention and popularity.

Benefits of Scheduling Events
  • Widespread Participation of Player from all time zones.
  • More attention with spread events and forum activity.
  • Also may be prize pool can be increased if long and successful tournies will happen.
  • Fair winner and variation in participants (As atm we see same faces lol)

    Demerits
  • The only demerit at the moment is failing du to scheduling tournies.

So for this we can decrease frequency.
Also It will not affect any other one day event of Sundays.

Voting is for 1v1 Type tournaments.

People need motivation, RMers have money and history.

CS has a community more interested in flaming each other to the point of stupidity over a game of random civ CBA.

Agree!!!
Most of the rmers are working people who learned rm in their teenage and are good players with money
But the csers are new generation who had joined this game just 2-3yrs ago and are studying right now with childish behavior.
When they will grow up, they can make CS better or join Rm like everyone else did.
But we should give our best and maybe we can turn the tables

Like on average, I get abused or witness abuse 1/2 CBA games. You would be best suited to address the attitudes of CS players before attempting to host significant tournaments for them. They are unappreciative assholes.

I wouldn't do anything for the sad and ungrateful CS community.

No thanks.
