Suggest a date and time. Then have everybody else post to see if they agree. If that date and time isn't ok for them, then they should suggest a new one. If you only post your availability and nobody is suggesting a date and time, you will never get around to scheduling the match.

We talked personally with [ |M| ] team, and we scheduled for Wednesday 2am GMT. Please [ lMl ]KofCrazy_ come here and confirm, to make it official.

Please do not list 'GMT' as a timezone. There isn't anybody in this Tournament that is +0 GMT. It's confusing. Use your actual timezones please.

This way is probably gonna lead you to a dead end cause people in npl lobby are NOT used to scheduling games for events as there havent been any events in the past. Try to do this as Mich mentioned so that everyone gets it.

Suggest a time like lets say 6.30 and then escort it by your GMT.

I understand your concern, but... first of all I didn't see anything encouraging or telling ppl they must use the forum, and it's not working good. You see, the other team, seems to be they don't even open this thread once... I tried, sent chat messages to them, wrote on his(their captain) wall... I spent my time several times trying to talk to them, and as I said we already have a set time. I'm just wondering why they don't show up here to confirm...

really ridiculous, if u dont know how to make a tourney... let other moderator make it. U dont need wait us schedule our game and then change all things.
