My team can play from 9 p.m to 12 p.m (GMT +7) all day.

Our team prefers from 6.30 pm IST (GMT+5.30).
Also, I would require some pauses to open the door, pee break, drink water. Roommates arrive so will need to open the door so require pause. Will the pauses set with everyone ? I don't think pauses will have much issues.

I am (personally) free from 6:00 pm IST (GMT+5:30) all day...

Suggest a date and time. Then have everybody else post to see if they agree. If that date and time isn't ok for them, then they should suggest a new one. If you only post your availability and nobody is suggesting a date and time, you will never get around to scheduling the match.
