Alright we had few incidents lately which caused trouble during tourneys.

Newcommers in Vcom shouldnt host any kind of tours on their own. I get it **** happens but unless you guys dont make sure that a senior vcom members will be able to help you dont rush into anything.

New rank has been created for this reason. "Trials" will be the new guys in vcom which will be trained at hosting tours. After they get the required knowledge and experience they will be promoted to other ranks.

Note: Most of you already know that when it comes to CS hosting events you need aproval before taking this to public.
