Its been pointed out by a few people that people in vCOM have stopped pulling their weight since they were given promoter status. As such we will now be more strict with who is allowed participate. If you are not putting in enough effort you will lose your status.

I want everyone to pick a role they wish to do. Tournament hosts can also double as helpers so only ask to be a helper if you don't want to host tournaments. If a person does not reply to this thread they will be removed, so tell anyone whos slacking off to get on here. I'll also be recruiting experienced advisers to VCOM again if I can.


Hosts
Tournament hosts don't have to host a tournament every single month. However if they aren't hosting events frequently, they should try to help out the other VCOM members.

Hall of Fame Editor
Will be responsible for keeping stuff up to date in the hall of fame

Helpers
Helpers will be there to assist tournament hosts. This can be taking names for signups, enforcing the rules or holding important rooms. If you are not helpful, you will be removed.

Streamers
As long as you are active and have good quality stream you should be fine!

Advisors
Community members with valuable experience.

You guys don't discuss anything with me at all.
When you are having a forum discussion I try to chime in but you guys are primarily talking to each other outside forums. and this causes others to be left out of the loop/

Icey is upset as we dont talk him. I also ignore his LOTR invitation. Give him advertiser as he does hard work advertising by hosting rooms. He remains online 24X7 . May be he dont have life

I'm changing my cba hero tourney to veteran bloods. I already talked with barry about this. I'm just waiting for the champion of bloods and smosh tourney to end.

Once all the blood tourneys end, I'll do a hero tourney then...
