Who can Signup: Anyone living within the territorial integrity of the Nation "India". (ex-Indians or NRIs not allowed)
There are 64 spots open for players to sign up. Any player of any level are free to participate, as long as they live in the territorial limits of India
(Depending on the number of sign-ups, an extension of the brackets to 128 may occur)
