Monday is already 4th round.
If that's okay with the rules let's play on monday...
20-21 GMT is perfect time.
But again, I don't think it's allowed to play if the week of the 3rd round is over.

OK, so I hope we'll meet at 20 GMT. I'll be there.
I definitely can't play the whole Wednesday and tomorrow, on Tuesday only before 12 GMT (starting from around 6 GMT), because my first lecture ended last week.
So if you can play Tuesday between 6 and 12 GMT, it would be good, if you answer with a time as soon as possible, because I won't be online the whole time, just if you can be there.
The next possible time would be Thursday afternoon, but that's already too late.
Then again you may have realized that after 20 GMT is time I can play most days.
I can play from 20 GMT (what a surprise)
Friday I can play from about 22 GMT to 7 GMT
If you could play tomorrow, wednesday or tuesday before 1 GMT it would be OK...
Then you will have to arrange some time between 24 GMT and 1 GMT tomorrow or wed...
You should have understood, that in general and if I have to get up early in the morning to travel to university, it is not possible for me to play late at night and if you told me you can't play at my times so often, why should I get up in the middle of the night, just because you can't play at a different time?
Also so far you were never available at 20 GMT.
On Thursday, when I was so generous to accept, although I was very tired, you showed up at 20 past 20 and we didn't start playing before 20:30. On Sunday you weren't available in the evening and yesterday, which was kinda my last hope, you cancelled just before.
So if you were given an AW, I would accept, since you are in a better shape and it would save me from a possible 4th round of extremely time-consuming scheduling mess, but it would neither be fair, nor I would be happy, because I would rather end it by losing a game, since I already invested so many hours into this tournament.
It's the same deal with me. 5 GMT is about 1 AM on New York. I also got a life.
The point is, we are basically in opposite times.
So what about after joining a tournament you stop and think that it would be good for you to have more time available than usual? Your busy life doesn't mix well with tournaments and schedules.
You yourself said it, they're time consuming. But of course you can't put away some time for this and then you think it's unfair. More unfair to me, that I got free time to play and I got to struggle with my opponent to schedule the 2 (or 1) games left. Also in danger of receiving AW for absolutely no fair reason.
This is very annoying, try to get some time yourself, because it never looked like you put too much effort in this.
