1. in restart, i assume it is same civ, same map....most tourny are this way, but my opponent didnt believe me at first. his hm was ara and i had to go rdm, i got teuts, did restart, for restart i choose teuts and he thot i shud go rdm again...he eventually came around, but maybe specify in rules.

2. guy also questioned bo3, i won 2-0 but he was thinking we had to play 3rd game like round robin...i feel this is obvious only 2 games, but maybe specify ...lol

anyway, love you all. i only post to avoid issue...as i had to wait a lot for him to be "sure" because it isnt specified, tho i feel its common sense..

1. the following rule regarding restarts has been added "The replayed map must be the same with the same civilisations."
