Clan War is an amazing Idea if we take it positively.
We'll try our best to make it possible, Positive and friendly dude.
But its not a good Idea to post it on public forum before finalizing with discussion in our clan forums.

And sorry to say that there are always some fagots in every clan so no need to worry about them
