Actually the problem is not claiming himself to be the best, the problem is with his brain. Beating someone in some game (which he assumes to be a something like raping a b***h) makes him feel like the king of this world. Poor fella having nothing to do but just afford a cheap pc with a big 'LAGGY' internet connection(which is a major factor why most good players lose to him in that single "non civ" japanese game of his) has his brain limited to such ****ic claims.
