Every round will last 1 week, meaning each team has 1 week to schedule and play the game before the deadline of the round which is Sunday 23:59 GMT. Your are encouraged to provide your best times and schedule as efficient as possible throughout the whole week in order to get the game played in time.
The staff will be very strict regarding scheduling, and difficulties might end up in Admin Times or Admin Wins.

Check who is your opponent in the Brackets. Then, if your opponent has not created a topic yet, you can create a topic in the correct Scheduling Forums named for example "Team1 vs Team2" and begin scheduling. Some scheduling tips are explained [You must login to view link].

Once you and your opponent confirmed a time to play, the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. More than that, the player that came and is waiting must take a screenshot showing [You must login to view link] (so the current time is clearly visible) and VCOM Tournament lobby Game Room, and post the screenshot in Admin Win Requests topic, with a link to the post in the Scheduling forums where the game time was arranged and confirmed.

Everyone should try to be scheduling at the start of each round as opposed to middle or near the end of the round. There may be all sorts of problems in round 1. The term efficient should mean to be as fast as possible, ie to play for early in the week or mid-week and not near the end as unforeseen problems may occur and the match may need to be played at a later date, though you could always do an enforced monday as well I guess. (which would burn slightly into the next round but I doubt if anyone will be suffering from fatigue from this 11 (for the next round))
