It would be great to put a bit of life back into deathmatch again. I was thinking of running some tournaments. The idea i had was a kind of a masters series with a different civ each tournament. So for example there would be a master of franks, master of mongols, master of huns etc..... Naturally prizes are dependent on interest but i thought i would throw this out here to see what the community thinks. What do you think?

While jidba is still #1 dm without a doubt he still loses and in a 1 day tournament it gives lots an opportunity to win the tournaments with it being over various different civs.

I totally support of any tourney starting. I am not a big fan of michi but maybe some michi tourney should be done to sooner or later. Anyway imo master of any civs series is a very good idea for start!

Michi is not very entertaining to watch, lets be honest. It takes away a lot of the required skills to survive on an open map because your enemy is mostly only ever in front of you while you each camp and spam units to high hell.

Whilst I agree it should be included to appease the wider community, I think what Army is looking it at is the more promising tourney; the ones that include the best players.

Im diffently looking at both tbh. Undecided what civ to start with was thinking either hun or franks? Thoughts?

Just give Jidba a handicap if he's so far ahead. He can't drop a game or something.

hes not far a head at all there is lots of players than can win him a gaming hes very beatable i mean.. barkah just went 11-9 ina bo21 with him and many people beat him he just wins more :/
