Sounds like an open door for abuses and issues, why are you not forcing everyone to play the customized map from start ?

Thats what I did when I ran a friendly germs tournament. Its already there, I think all I did was make a trigger that removes all near walls after a few seconds.

People have a preference on where to delete their wall. Some prefer closest to their gate, some closer to their spawn. I don't want to hamper the play style of each player, even if it's only something minor as this. It shouldn't be a problem anyway, it's just a fail safe.

Ok, I've chosen to make a custom version of the map. It automatically removes the walls, and it limits conq/jans to 20 unit production to prevent any camping issues - or at the very least make camping weaker.

Tournament was a big success considering it was given only a week of notice to the community. 25 entries for a 1v1 bloods tournament! Map edit seemed to be successful as far as I saw.

Only had two complaints, have managed to sort the first one with Ghosty. The second one was thankfully avoided in semi-final results.

Thanks for Barry for helping out, and Taff showing me how to utilize the challonge bracket system. Hoping to provide some more tournaments in future.
