A friend of mine 'dinosoares' got his account locked [img]file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Antonia/Desktop/IMG_02012013_224408.png[/img] like this print shows

He's a rookie in this game, and i did ask if him or his brother 'hugosoares' ( that also got his account locked ) if they used any ilegal program but they assured me they didnt so im posting here on his behalf to find out why his/their account was locked.
