Each team gets 1-2 Restarts the game only continues if both teams agree that both random civ teams are fair.

Hate seeing 3v3 and 4v4 random cba tourneys get to final just to become another SAME tourney.

3-Same civs, picked by organizers

7-Switch civs between teams

The point of making this kind of tournament is to actually play random civs instead of same in the finals. There is an immense difference between playing cba Same and cba random. If you dont understand the difference odds are you dont play cba competitively in 4v4s.
