The problem with this is, many people say they are in. But they dont turn up during Tourney time. Nevertheless its a good idea. But 23 rd is too near I guess. May be you can plan for Dec 2nd so that you will have ample time to advertise.

+1 People showing up is a common problem. Especially when there is lack of advertising and not allowing enough time to advertise.
