he just mean that these ladder should not be used to play fun games. only tournament games can be played.

I thought it means that no tournament host or co host can participate in his tournament. Maybe for the unfair brackets the hosts can produce then.
Like what slash is doing, he is hosting 2v2 cba aok and his friend signed up with him. That is not acceptable like taff said and blake quoted.
This rule came in because of one incident where the host was playing and there was nobody around to help. To be fair this is a CBA/Hero issue. Its quite possible for me to run a blood based tournament and not have to intervene at all since the community is mature enough to know what to do.
I posted what i felt like, if u have objections point them out and not blaming.
