The map is part of the rated map pack
This is the correct section to bring these complains

- =V= Winter Blood - 6 Player.scn
- =V= Winter Blood - 8 Player.scn
They are the winter blood rated maps in the map pack.
For a full list of the maps look at the map list on the right of this page:

Open the recording and check objectives/hints you will see its the rated map
<Game was not rated - reason: 'Winter Blood.scn' is not authorized for rated play>
If it had said <Game was not rated - reason: 'Winter Blood 4 Player.scn' is not authorized for rated play> then I would check further.
You will be playing the 2 player version is my guess, and not the 4P,6P or 8P versions.
The map pack was updated and several maps removed.
I double checked i dont have any other winter blood maps expect 4p/6p/8p
