Was planning a map and suddenly had the idea to make a pto just wanted to put some of the hero units within the case and some towers reaching advanced, more there is the question as garrison towers and units within a unit or hero?

Yes, use AoKTS and you can garrison anything into anything at the start of the game. Can't be done with triggers though, from memory I think it is in the units tab.
