Well it is kinda true, there are people like dutchie who have good eco but still aren't very good. There is a huge amount of game knowledge and micro (galley micro for example, and imp play is definitely a lot more than just eco) that goes into europe and not just 'eco'. I've had good eco for a long time but I havn't always been good..

It's a balance really. Being able to manage good eco with good unit management means you can switch up faster from water to land, krush to mini-boom-imp power forward. Sacrificing one for the other leaves vulnerabilities and risks!!! Like FF play on water.
