Charlie is right. We need to get this event up and running. Any objections if I write up the event and advertise it once Dave has finished up with the banner (If he can't do it I'd be glad to use your banner BzH, thanks!).
Give me a weekend to use and and what day is generally more successful to run it on and I'll write it up. If nobody ends up wanting to run the event on the day, I'll cut my participation in the event and manage it so it doesn't get postponed or cancelled.
I dont mind running it if you want to play but the soonest i can possibly make it now is sunday the 10th of september purely on the basis il be away on holiday (i know its long time away so not sure if yous want it sooner?). For me its a case of agree a date and lets blast the advertising
