Capturing the monument will give you a trickle of 1 food, wood, gold and stone per second as long as you hold it.

You need to have that mod installed first, then you can run the installer again, check the "Old Patch/Data Mod" checkbox and choose this mod from the dropdown. Only available with the 5.7 installer.
