Game bugfixes:
  • Fixed a crash in the graphics renderer
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the camera to uncontrollably scroll
  • Fixed vote panel
    • Player 8 disconnecting no longer breaks the vote panel
    • Changed the logic so the decision is made when > 1/2 of players choose the same option instead of everyone
  • Recorded game and multiplayer save game filename format changed, new format:
    recorded game - yyyy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss
  • Fixed view centering not accounting for elevation
  • Experimental networking fixes ported from UP
  • Restored games can be recorded
  • Fixed multiplayer mouse lag
  • Fixed a crash when an AI attempts to task too many units at once
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when selecting Command Center, Shield Generator or Fortress foundation just a moment before completion
  • Fixed an out of sync that can occur when a ship passes over swamp terrain that had previously been occupied by a building
  • Fixed an out of sync that can occur when the Widescreen Patch is used and a Gate has been attacked
  • Fixed an out of sync replaying game when graphics detail is set to high and a fambaa shield is created
  • Fixed a crash when starting a campaign mission and the Widescreen Patch is used [Voobly bug]
  • Fixed a crash when clicking the Tech Tree button at the setup screen and Mirror Random is chosen [Voobly bug]
  • Fixed the Tech Tree not opening during the game when the Widescreen Patch is used [Voobly bug]
  • Fixed an out of sync that can occur when a unit evacuates a construction site
  • Fixed an out of sync that can occur when a Gungan foundation terrain is created (requires Data Patch)
  • Fixed a crash that can occur when pressing the Jump to Rally Point hotkey when a non-building object is selected
  • Fixed tech level up and attack warning system messages displaying in an incorrect player color when co-op is used
  • Fixed a bug where unit creation buttons could sometimes disappear when they shouldn't when multiple buildings are selected
  • Fixed a crash when opening the tech tree as GAIA
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when processing Guard and Follow orders in a high latency MP game
  • Fixed line of sight corruption on object load/unload
  • Fixed line of sight corruption when too many units project their LoS at a specific tile
  • Fixed a crash when playing scenarios
  • Fixed a general stutter on some systems due to bloated sound load code
  • Improvements to the Alternative Text Rendering option
  • Improved minimap draw logic (NEW)
  • Improved scroll responsiveness during single player pause (NEW)

New features:
  • Achievement screen timeline colors replaced with better ones
  • Tech level up notifications are displayed in player color
  • Flares on minimap are larger and are displayed in player color
  • Population limit extended to 1000
  • Slow down and speed up buttons while playing a recorded game now allow finer speed adjustments
  • Use Numpad+/- to adjust single player speed from 0.5 (2x slower than Slow) to 10.0 (5x faster than Fast)
  • Added Keydown Object Hotkeys option. Use this if you experience Shift-queueing sometimes not registering correctly
  • Added Dark Minimap Grey option
  • Added Delink System Volume option. Use this if you have problems adjusting the in-game volume
  • Changed default replay options: turn off View Lock and Demo Loop
  • Switch between players while watching a recorded game with <Alt>+<#>
  • <Alt>+<#> player switch hotkey is now based on player color rather than player number
  • View achievements while watching a recorded game at any time
  • Chat is always displayed when watching a recorded game regardless of the selected player
  • Increased chat display time from 10s to 15s
  • Increased object panel refresh rate
  • Building jump hotkey prioritizes powered buildings
  • Preview map, duration and players of a recorded game at the Load Save Game screen
  • Rotate gate manually with the mouse wheel
  • <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Right click> to task without targeting
  • <Ctrl>+<Right click> to target objects hidden behind other objects
  • Added post-game player disconnect notifications
  • Implemented the Multiple Building Queue
  • New hotkeys:
    • Select all buildings of the same type
    • Select all idle workers
    • Select all idle military units
    • Delete all selected units
  • Ungrouped AI players will no longer ally themselves against humans
  • Multiplayer games can be started with only one human player
  • Extended full map print ratios with 1:2 and 1:1
  • Enabled post-game view for single player
  • Implemented high-granularity low-delay multiplayer
  • Changed default patrol delay from 10s to 2s. Hold Ctrl when issuing an order to use the old delay
  • Added Sensor Buoy (default Y) and Underwater Prefab Shelter (default N) hotkey entries under Build Economic group
  • Added "Back to Work" button to Turrets
  • You can now set rally points for incomplete foundations
  • Enabled automatic recording for single player. Recording is saved as autoreplay.mg1
  • Player dropdown list in the rec viewer now displays names in player colors
  • Added a popup notification when encountering an unexpected end of file while replaying, instead of silently stopping replaying and giving user control
  • Added Home (scroll to the start), End (scroll to the end), PgUp (scroll one screen left), PgDown (scroll one screen right) key handlers to the Tech Tree screen
  • Tech Tree is now centered vertically when the height of the screen is larger than tech tree height
  • Changed resource carry logic: different food types are treated as one, and workers will not drop resources of different type until they start gathering
  • Updates to the new conditions and effects
  • Enabled fixed positions
  • Enabled color selection for AIs
  • Added a random color option
  • Added scenario preview
  • New option "Alternative Text Rendering": a workaround to mitigate a specific lag issue
  • New option "Enable Built-in Widescreen": use a built-in resolution patch instead of the Voobly one
  • New option "Alternative Chat Box": a workaround to mitigate chat box display issues
  • Added Allied Vision reveal map options (NEW)

Scenario Editor enhancements:
  • Map Copy selection ghost preserves the shape of the copied area
  • Expanded the map list to include all Star Wars locale maps, as well as custom RMS scripts
  • Condition and Effect lists include basic info about them
  • Terrain list expanded to include previously hidden terrains
  • RMS script errors will be displayed at the top panel of the editor
  • Ctrl + B, Ctrl + A shortcuts in the Scenario Editor now function properly
  • Fixed Scenario Editor player population limit sometimes resetting to invalid values on scenario creation, and AIs receiving an invalid population cap define string
  • EF scenario editor conditions and effects ported to vanilla CC

Important note:
  • Recorded games recorded with this patch are incompatible with the unpatched game, or older versions of the EXE Patch because of the Multiple Building Queue and Shift Delete implementation.
