This is a slightly easier version to install and can be played from Voobly (with other people if you want).

As in the original mod, the hometown and civilization of Bolívar's revolutionary army will now be available. Best units: Colonial Militia and Gatling gun.

BUT BEFORE PLAYING, to have the new civ:
Copy sp_Bolivar_homecity.xml,paste it into ur savegame folder,
the path is My Documents\my games\Age Of Empires III\savegame:

If you are going to use it in multiplayer mode, only the player who will play as the new civilization needs to do it, the others do not need to do it unless they want to play as that civilization as well.
