We want to run a Tournament in May with some premium prizes etc.

You can try talking with some sponsors or sth and make it a cash Tourney? . Also Id suggest 1v1 Arabia Huns/China/Aztec or 1v1 Black Forest Brits/Celts/Viks if its not a TG tourney :$

There would be good for the community if you could make a tourney with just some "new map" like Arena or Regicide Fotress.
So that noob could try to learn about that map (tatics, build order...).

Un torneo que incluya RM-CS-DM, estaria muy bueno, 1x1 o en equipo demostrar quien es el mejor en todo el Age Of Empires II.

i would like to see some arena tournament. I like to play arena and i cant find enough recorded games from experts. I think the following settings will be good:

Map: arena Civs: First game: random, Second game: switch, Third game: Both players the same civs.

Y not Master Of Huns.It simply is the best way to judge the better player in RM.
