Well if you wanted a tournament for the most frequently played maps.

Replace SS with cba hero lol

CBA 1v1 wise, same civ not had a tourny in quite a while,so I entirely see your point in adding it to one. I do not think Aztec are a good choice at all..... they're rubbish and nobody plays them, very boring and can be very long war. I'd go with common, celt, jap, mong, maya.

Also SS so random, it was in last best of bloods tourny, so no anyway, but this isn't a very good map for 1v1.

Dodgeball - yes, once again, we are discussing a possible best of alternative tournament which would include dodgeball or I'm suggesting a dodge only tournament, but.... need support.

These map choices do not have much structure, seems like a mixed event, which imo would be good for all around players, but not sure how many would sign.

I like the idea of rewards, don't get me wrong, badges and premium very good prizes, points not needed and are already an issue. We used to do points as prizes in tournaments and it was stopped for a reason.

Soldlier Store is okay...it's definitely shouldn't be in the "best of bloods" category. Although SS was my main scenario like 8 years ago. Dragon Store is so much better. Much quicker and involves the same skill set. People used to play it just as much as SS in AoK and I saw rooms of it in AoC back in the day but it looks like it died. And yes I am bias because my name is plastered right on the map. =D

If it was most played it be something like (somewhat skillful)

CBA - Mongols
Smosh (BO3)
Dodgeball (BO3)

Why Mongols though? It's one the least played civs and one of the most easily campable.

You could do Celts I suppose - or enforce no camping options. I believe Mayans to be one of the more played and the most camped.
