When voobly open the aoe3
I did't see any game in the list (or voobly button)
And vice versa.
When i host game Other people can't found too

I noticed that my upnp setting display:

You must login into Voobly to view image

hi
are you using the voobly nat to play?
from settings at the top of the lobby enable port 2310 and nothing else.

Try port forwarding your router.
To play AOE you need to forward the following ports:
UDP port 2300-2310
TCP port 80
TCP port 2300
