Who said anything about rating it?

Voobly's map pack is for rated maps only. Nobody has taken the time to make a non rated pack of worthwhile maps (even though half of the rated maps aren't worthwhile).

In Swedish? Well, kind of obvious that he wanted the map to be rated if he posted it here, isn't it?
