Then let's confirm it's really isn't Avast by temporary uninstalling it, rebooting, testing, and re-installing again, after confirming the issue is still there.

i have uninstalled and rebooted, still no improvement, same turtle issue ;byecry

His normal drive is C drive while AOE is on his F drive...

Is that oki?

Also deleting old recording games and empty multi folder could help?

I have never seen this happen for SSD users to be honest.

I deleted recording earlier itself and emptied the multi molder just now after kwin suggested, there is slight imrovement but still problem is not over yet. This 4 yr old pc, what else can i do to make it faster ?
