For last 1/2 months I become FP with most of the players. I was trying to figure out why it happening.
I talked with ISP about my port forwarding or firewall they said all is open. Even they did not changed anything . I was not FP with before but suddenly I am facing this problem.

Recently I found strange way that my FP gone.
1.I join a room and wait in spec for start the game.
2. when they start game I jumped as 9 the player (attahment: 1 joining room.png). and it show me I am FP with others
3.when they start game I wait for few min so that record game file has size.
4.then I rejoin and my FP fixed.(attachment 2 and 3)

Now I have to wait when they finish game and I can play after they back.

Please run the game diagnostics, as well as the network diagnostics from the game lobby menu and paste us the results here. Thanks.

Starting networking diagnostics...

Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".

Attempting to connect to 3 test servers. This will take around a minute to complete...

Received data from 'server 2' through port 16000 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 1' through port 16000 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 3' through port 16000 (this is your WAN or router port)
14 seconds left.
9 seconds left.
4 seconds left.

Test Result: All Pass
Network Health: All tests passed
Recommended Action: None
Details: All tests passed.

Non-DirectPlay game path is 'F:\aoe'
Verifying 'F:\aoe\language_x1.dll' exists...
Success!
Verifying 'F:\aoe\age2_x1\age2_x1.exe' exists...
Success!
Voobly path is 'c:\program files (x86)\voobly'
Game version is '1.0C-VLY'
Verifying 'F:\aoe\language_x1_p1.dll' exists...
Success!
Checking DirectPlay libraries...
Looking for dpwsockx.dll...
Looking for dplayx.dll...
'c:\windows\system32\dplayx.dll' size: 226816 bytes
DirectPlay Init Success!
Scanning installed DirectPlay games...
Age of Empires II
Age of Empires II - The Conquerors Expansion [found]
Game was found in DirectPlay registry!
DirectPlay play thinks the game is installed at 'F:\aoe'
DirectPlay command line is 'Lobby'
DirectPlay play thinks the game exe is at 'F:\aoe\AGE2_X1\age2_x1.exe'
Verifying file exists... Success!
DirectPlay play thinks the language dll is at 'F:\aoe\language_x1.dll'
Verifying file exists... Success!
Scanning 'c:\program files (x86)\voobly\gamedata\AOC\age2_x1.exe'

Everything looks fine. DirectPlay is configured and the game was found on your harddrive. If you still have problems try rejoining the lobby or restarting your computer.

Looks clean. Please provide a screenshot of the port forwarding rule in your router configuration. Thank you.

I did not add any additional rule for my local router.
Do you have any idea why I am FP at first picture and why I am not FP at 3rd picture just after 6 minutes?

The ip you entered in your port forwarding rule must be identical with Start > run > type "cmd" and hit Enter > ipconfig (scroll down to IP address starting with 192.168.31.*).

Please do not reply more if the answer is no. I already told you I did everything and there is no problem my side.

The DPlay protocol is almost 30 years old... the network diagnostics is always help, but the information isn't always reliable. Even if you do not appear to be FP, you may disconnect at some point or may get Unable to Join. You must make sure, to forward Voobly's NAT-T port in order to solve any connectivity issues.

Another problem could be players using data connections, e. g. your cell phone. This won't work and you must use a VPN supporting IPv4 in order to solve this problem.

And you won't be able to play, if you do not have an IPv4 address assigned by your provider.

Please find below a more detailed article explaining this:
