Reset the settings to your graphics driver, if that doesn't help either, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

You could also try out to play around with sharpness / different color profiles on your monitor and see if that makes a difference, since it might be monitor-related.

no, i still have the issue. unfortunately. tried everything mentioned here so far with no luck
