runtime error during multiplayer joining.. this was happened intermittently but today it's continuous

Please repair or uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

If you are not sure how to do this, quickly reinstall AoE II HD on Steam. Don't forget to apply the compatibility patch after and keep Voobly closed.
