Enable User Account Control (UAC) again and reboot.

Then try again and it should prompt you, to overwrite the files.

That worked, but when I go to run a game I get the below message

I can finally launch the game, thank you so much! The actual game graphics are really messed up in game but at least I am able to get on. Thank you for the amazing guidance through the process, I really appreciate the help!
