When I tried to connect to Voobly today I had to install the last update.
Unfortunately, it seems something is wrong with the installation, I can not complete it because I got this message :
An error has occured while trying to rename a file in the destination folder.
MoveFile has failed ; code 5.
Access forbiden.
Does anyone knows how to proceed to fix that please ?
I would be so happy to play again
Thank you very much !
Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the installation of the Voobly client. Please check if User Account Control (UAC) is turned on. If it isn't, please turn it on by doing the following:
1) Open the Control Panel.
2) Select User Accounts. Then select User Accounts (Classic View).
3) Select Change user account control settings.
4) Move the slider and set it to Always Notify and select OK to turn UAC on.
5) Restart your computer.

Your computer is infected with a virus / malware. Please go to [You must login to view link] and click on Free Download. Install and update Malwarebytes and perform a full system scan. Remove all detected items and reboot your computer. That should fix the isue.
