Does voobly interfere with port 2346 udp? because rsstats cant connect on port 2346 to send command "\status\" to the game to get info about the server

you have to have Announce server on in the game

OPTIONS -> MP SERVER -> "Announce server"

All traffic in Rainbow Six is routed through UDP 16000 if I remember correctly. You can change this port:
