Chinese is not supported by 1.5 RC patch anymore?

Hello guys,

My Chinese friend [Learning]_GK is unable to play 1.5RC in Chinese. He told me that ever since he installed Windows 10, the Chinese language doesn't support 1.5 RC anymore. I know Chinese is not yet supported in 1.5RC yet, but, it does have support in 1.5 RC since many Chinese dmers play on dm on voobly via 1.5 RC.

As far as I know, no one has touched 1.5 in years.
