Voobly Game Diagnostics Issue

I've reinstalled AOEIIHD on steam and cleared all previous patches installed. When I go on the Voobly Game diagnostic to patch the game I get this:

You must login into Voobly to view image

I click Yes

You must login into Voobly to view image

I click Yes again and go back to the first screenshot in a continuous loop.

I try downloading the patch manually but:

You must login into Voobly to view image

Where can I get the proper patch installed?
I've tried [You must login to view link] but I also get issues with their patch

try to click on the link by pressing the Left Ctrl key.
