While game, reconnecting and lose connection

While in the game, playing for 5 min or more, i lose the connection with the other players. When I go back to my windowsscreen, i see 'reconnect now'. Really annoying. Prob something with the firewall?

Anyone who can help?

Are you on WiFi or wired connection?
